CurrentAttending to the needs of crew members from various airlines.The four main areas in which I perform my duties are: accommodation needs, transportation, catering, and tickets.Accommodation Reservations and Coordination:-Manage hotel room bookings for flight crews.-Resolve issues related to accommodation, such as reservation changes or problems with rooms.Transportation Coordination:-Organize and coordinate transportation for crew members from the hotel to the airport and vice versa or to other designated locations.-Work with transportation companies to ensure punctuality and safety.-Resolve issues related to transportation, such as schedule changes or vehicle problems.Crew Services:-Resolve issues and address the special needs of the crew.Flight Ticketing:-Manage the booking, issuance, and check-in of flight tickets for the crew.Catering:-Handle the catering needs of the crew and attend to their requests.Documentation Management:-Handle documentation related to reservations and itineraries.-Ensure that the crew have the necessary information and appropriate documents for their travel.
