Working on the Accenture - MasOrange Project.- GCP- OCI- VMWare- DevOps tools (Git, terraform)- Service Migrations to the CloudTasks involved in this role are:- Migration of on-premise infraestructure to cloud services such as Oracle and Google Cloud.- Migrations to VMWare on Oracle Cloud- Use of devops tools- Network and firewall management on Cloud- Deployment of VMWare solutions on Oracle Cloud, with NSX, HCX, etc.- Managing Infrastructure on VMWare Vcenter.- Working with the developing team to deploy applications on new and/or migrated infrastructure.- Work with developper workflows (DEV to PROD)- SysAdmin tasks (Windows and Linux)- Ticketing (Jira)

Technical Solutions Representative, Infrastructure as a external contractor for Google on Google Cloud Platform Support.- Support team for Google Cloud Platform for Premium customers with products such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, VPC Networking, Logging & Monitoring, IAM and Security, Linux and Windows environments, IaC (such as Terraform)- Technical support for Google Cloud Platform products, from a single user up to enterprise companies.- Performing case issue investigations, from diagnosis phase until the final resolution.- Working internally with different Google teams, Product, Sales, Safety, Customer Account... Detecting, improving and solving, customer issues, product bugs or raising feature requests aiming to improve GCP products.- Provide assistance through team-wide video conferences, phone, ticketing system (Vector, Unify) or walk-through screen-sharing sessions.- Personalized assistance and guidance throughout the issue: diagnosis, reproduction, and resolution, best practices or engaging on behalf of the customer with different Google teams or third party entities, looking to bring the best tech support and customer experience possible.
