As a Team Leader, I was responsible for managing a group of 5-6 engineers involved in the planning of the transmission requirements inside the Ran Refresh and Airways Project for Vodafone. Creation of Transmission data templates, design and documentation of routing plan for new 2G, 3G and 4G sites within the Vodafone network in DB, either Huawei and Ericsson, SIU configuration and integration support. Main tools used in this project were: Thope, BMC Remedy, Moshell (Amos), U2000, etc.

As a Radio Engineer, I was responsible for 2G and 3G KPIs monitoring and supervising of Ericsson and Nokia cells in Telefonica network.After any planned work done in a site, this site enters in a monitoring window where is supervised in detail for 48 hours. 2G and 3G parameters are checked in order to ensure the smooth running of cells.
