Functions:- I supervised the production, purchase and supply of wind blades, composite materials and other components such as wind turbine nacelles.- A 20% cost reduction program was launched, implemented in one year.Through exhaustive analysis of the costs of each component (blades, fiber/resin materials, etc…), meetings with suppliers to look for alternative and/or cheaper materials/processes:- I achieved cost reductions by changing to cheaper materials, changing suppliers or homologating new ones; with lower rates and prices, improvement of processes and tasks.
