Since 2011 I worked for the company A.S.O. (France), serving as Security Coordinator of the Dakar Rally and Deputy Coordinator of Routes for South America, successfully completing all successive editions to date.My task consisted in the elaboration of the integral security plan for all the competition and the coordination between the direction of the race and the forces of the intervening countries in the nine thousand kilometers of average development of each event, including the total influence in the countries from Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Paraguay.In each country, province and region, we had to coordinate with the different governmental agencies (ministries and secretariats of tourism, security, heritage and environment) to obtain the pass authorizations of the competition, impact studies and archeology.With the different armed and police forces, civil protection and health services, I made the necessary routes and planning to define the security parameters in accordance with international standards related to the management of spectators, priorities and evacuation plans, ending with the conducting an annual safety program. seminar to consolidate the comprehensive plan of the competition.During each competition, I was the person responsible for liaison between the direction of the race and the authorities in charge of the intervening forces of each country, leading the crisis cell before each accident occurred, contemplating the operative and legal aspects of each situation.The total figures of the scope of my administration add the coordination of 11,000 members of the different forces and services with an average of 3.9 million spectators attending each edition.
