Lead FP&A team in Operations and R&D areas. Managing a P&L 40M€ expenditure and 400 people.Business Partner and support to top management• Bring relevant business insights and indicators to top managers.• Control, follow and challenge the performance of our businesses.• Challenge and support key decisions and action plans, support investment decisions through clear and appropriate business cases and models.• Collaborate and partner with multiple functions across the organization – including Sales & Marketing , Operations, R&D, Quality, Data Science, Accounting and Human Resources.• Participate actively and collaborate in preparing quarterly/monthly close and business reviews, management and board presentations, earnings preparation, strategic meetings, and annual corporate planning.FP&A Expert• Drive a team of FP&A across monthly closing and annual forecasts and planning.• Lead the business and analytical reporting consolidating the P&Ls of multiple business units and product lines with a specific focus on profitability.• Deliver analysis ad-hoc to support strategic initiatives.• Follow and report any deviations to plan and propose corrective actions when necessary.Business processes and business transformation• Improve tools and processes of reporting and business control, in particular through leading the implementation of business intelligence tools (PowerBI) in different areas of the company (Sales, Operations, Quality,...)• Propose and manage initiatives to organize and centralize data for more streamlined reporting and analytics.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in areas such as Sales, R&D (product development) and Manufacturing (product in business) in order to achieve expected profitability.
