Use photogrammetry software to generate 3D meshes and integrate them into production pipelines.3. 3D Printing Leadership Prototyping to final product, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality. Oversee and maintain 3D printing equipment (FDM, SLA, SLS, and other technologies). Select the appropriate materials and 3D printing methods based on project requirements. Troubleshoot 3D printing issues Manage schedules and workflows for print jobs, ensuring on-time delivery of 3D-printed components.4. Team Leadership & Project Management Manage and mentor a team of 3D modelers, printers, and technicians. Lead the development and implementation of 3D scanning, modeling, and printing best practices across the team. Coordinate with different departments (design, R&D, engineering) to align 3D projects with company objectives and timelines. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met.
