Key Responsibilities:1. 3D Modeling & Design Create detailed, accurate 3D models from scratch using various 3D software (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, etc.). Modify and refine existing models to meet design specifications and product needs. Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure models are optimized for printing, production, and functionality. Utilize rendering techniques to produce visual representations of models for clients and internal stakeholders.2. 3D Scanning & Photogrammetry Conduct high-quality 3D scanning and photogrammetry sessions to capture real-world objects and environments. Process and clean scan data to develop accurate 3D models from the captured data. Ensure precise texture mapping, lighting, and surface detailing in the final models. Use photogrammetry software to generate 3D meshes and integrate them into production pipelines.3. 3D Printing Leadership Prototyping to final product, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality. Oversee and maintain 3D printing equipment (FDM, SLA, SLS, and other technologies). Select the appropriate materials and 3D printing methods based on project requirements. Troubleshoot 3D printing issues Manage schedules and workflows for print jobs, ensuring on-time delivery of 3D-printed components.4. Team Leadership & Project Management Manage and mentor a team of 3D modelers, printers, and technicians. Lead the development and implementation of 3D scanning, modeling, and printing best practices across the team. Coordinate with different departments (design, R&D, engineering) to align 3D projects with company objectives and timelines. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met.

Acted as a liaison between the civilian inhabitants of a warzone and disaster areas and the military presence, both informing the local commander of the status of the civilian populace as well as effecting assistance to locals by either coordinating military operations with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and IGO's or distributing directly aid and supplies.Provided critical expertise to host-nation governments and assessed needs for critical infrastructure projects such as roads, clinics, schools, power plants, water treatment facilities, etc. Once a project has been decided on, a contract is put out at a civil-military operations center for local contractors to come and bid. Periodically checked up on the status of the projects to make sure the money is being well-spent.Provided commanders with cultural expertise, assessed the needs of the civilian populace, handled civilians on the battlefield, refugee operations, kept the commander informed of protected targets such as schools, churches, hospitals, etc., and interfaces with local and international NGOs and private volunteer organizations, which provides the commander with a unique battlefield overlay of all civilian activity, ongoing infrastructure projects, and the presence and mission of NGOs in the area.Currently serving an ARMY reserve unit in Upland California. Supervises either the entire specialty costume manufacturing department or a section of it, under the direction of the department head and/or studio designers.

Supervises the making and construction of clothing using foam, wire, plastic, cloth, leather and other materials, for creature-type costumes to be worn by performers. These costumes can be versions of animals, plant life, and futuristic or “Star Wars”-types or creatures.
