- Coordinate all enhancements and improvements for all the 1,500 products of the company.- Improvements in mechanic design, design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) in order to deliver a more efficient assembly, reducing time and redundant components.- Coordinate the improvements with all departments involved in product development, both internal and external suppliers. - Give assistance to the Quality and Manufacturing Department reports in regards the product design. - Serve as an information bridge between the new product department and the manufacturing department.- Special product development which consist in the design and coordination of the development of custom product prototypes.
