Cisco Systems Argentina: I have been in the development of the SMB segment for more of two year, where I work together with the distribution channel (2Tiers and 1Tiers) from all the country. Tasks: generation of leads, own and direct attention in pymes (small and medium businesses), channel monitoring, according to the derived funnel, vertical analysis, campaign dimensioning, pre-sales support of appliances. My main activity was around networking. I had 3COM and USRobotics lines. After three years I also had Intel Networking, Digi and Cisco Systems, among others. After the devaluation I was in charge of all the brands of the connectivity business unit. The main objective reached was to increase turnover levels in the medium and high range of connectivity lines, without losing marketshare; to reach an important customer migration of our competition, and to enter the routing business held by the competition.
