I am an activist and senior program manager with over 35 years of experience in Human Rights, Social Justice, and Development, focusing on HIV/AIDS, STIs, TB, LGBTIQ+, People Living with HIV, and other key populations. I have led actions to overcome structural barriers by reducing stigma and discrimination, promoting Universal Health Coverage, and timely access to primary and community health. I have also fought against criminalization, advocated for Human Rights, legislative reform, Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights advocacy, and mobilized community leadership. While most of my career has focused on Latin America and the Caribbean, I have extensive experience in other regions.
