About Javier Ortiz

I have a big focus on data when building/improving HR teams, and while tackling projects. I have grown my skills at both small tech start-ups and large public Fortune 500 firms - and a little in between. Throughout that career I have led efforts in employee relations, learning and development, organizational planning, full-cycle recruiting, managing TA and Human Resources teams, data analytics, and process improvement. I am focused on training, improving the quality of processes, and creating a memorable employee experience. Outside of work I have lots of hobbies like off-roading in my junker 4Runner, amateur boxing competitions, and coaching the sweet science.I am always looking to connect with people both inside and out of the Human Resources industry, feel free to come say hi!
