Based in Leverkusen (Germany) and reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate, I was the Global Head of Strategic FM since Feb. 2020, responsible for the development and implementation of a global governance in the field of FM. Our target was to ensure a consistent, fit for purpose global FM strategy. During COVID, I’ve been part of the Team developing the NNOC (New Normal office concept) as an evolution to the Collaborative Working environments concept which I led and that contributed to reduce the timing on the development of the NNOC

In this role I’ve been developing the Framework for the Collaborative Working Environments at Bayer (CWE). Besides a complete set of tools included in a web-based solution has been developed to support the decentralized implementation of workplace projects across the world. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Head of Real Estate West South Europe based in UK, I am the Real Estate Manager for Sub Region South Europe that includes Spain (11.500 sqm), Israel (8.100 sqm) and Greece (15.000 sqm) managing an annual OPEX of €14,5 M. In this strategic role I´m the single point of contact for the Business (Country Directors and Global BU Heads) for all issues related with RE F&C information, Leases, Facilities Services (outsourced to CBRE), Project management and Design services. Major achievements: - Regear of main leases in Spain and Greece with rent reductions up to 25% - Modern office implementation project increasing the efficiency of the workplace up to 20% - Reduction in OPEX budget of 20%. - Consolidation project in Athens with savings of €2,5M yearly. - Increase in the satisfaction survey done with the Country Directors for the three countries to the maximum rate. - Successful integration of 180 HC in Madrid and Tel Aviv as a consequence of the acquisition of Motorola Networks.

With offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Sevilla, Valencia, Bilbao, Coruña in Spain and Lisbon and Porto in Portugal for a total surface of 16.000 sqm. Reporting to EMEA RE&F Director. Based in Madrid, I was the Real Estate & Facilities Manager (including Mobile Telecommunications and Car Fleet), Health and Safety coordinator, BCMP Zone Commander and Project Manager for the refurbishment and creation of new offices. Major achievements: - Creation of new space in Madrid office (2.000 sqm) including PM and Design. The lay out for these offices has been taken as the standard for the new offices for Oracle. - Refurbishment of Madrid office including the Customer Visit Centre. - In collaboration with HR and Country Director we developed a plan for improving the wellbeing of Madrid offices. new cafeteria space and 1.500 sqm of terrace for recreation for the employees. - Downsizing and refurbishment of Lisbon office maintaining the same number of desk but reducing the space by 25% and achieving savings of €500 K yearly in lease rents.

Soluziona was a holding of companies of professional services (IT Consultancy, HR Consultancy, Engineering services, Software Factory and Quality assurance) belonging to Gas Natural Fenosa Utilities Group. I was hired as Facilities Manager of one of these companies (Norsistemas) and as a consequence of the merge, I was promoted to be the Senior Facilities Manager for the entire holding. Major achievements: - Facilities & Property Management of 22.625 sqm. in Madrid, 1.950 sqm. in Barcelona, 2.800 sqm. in Coruña, 4.500 sqm in Ciudad Real. - Responsible for OPEX Reduction Plan in 2002 (Target 15%. Obtained reduction 25 % in general costs) and in 2003 (Target 10%. Obtained reduction 12 % in general costs) - Responsible for Working Space Optimisation Plan (Reduction of offices in Madrid from 37 to 5, with an estimated saving for the group of 12M € in four years in building rents and facilities) - Project Manager in the new Headquarter offices of Soluziona (18.000 sqm.) and Av. Manoteras 26 (7.500 sqm.) in Madrid, Torre Mapfre floors 9 and 14(1.100 sqm.) and Diagonal 297 (575 sqm.) in Barcelona. - Responsible for the creation of a shared facilities centre. - Category manager for Facilities (obtained cost reduction of 15%)
