The main responsibility was to be in charge of the whole project that Andalusia Government wanted to develop over a 5 years period.I managed the whole project of refurbishing "The Atunara neighborhood of La Linea de la Concepción". It was an ambitious project to regenerate a degraded neighborhood. The whole project spanned 317 terraced houses, squares redesigned, 22 streets (8 of them we totally redesigned and 14 were refurnished, new infrastructures-, water supply, telecomunication, telephone cable network, electricity, infrastructure- new materials). -coordinating different infrastructures areas-meeting with outsourcers-meeting with Public Administration (Andalusia Govern-technicians and politicians-)-improving drawings designs (building, squares and streets) -oversee the different budgets-off-budget spending reportProjects associated with MB Architecture & Town Planning: Building refurbishing project of a hairdresser in the Almond ochard neighborhood.
