A demanding, professional, and results-focused environment that became my second university. After ten years at the highest level, I decided to undertake and transfer my ideas to BUSINESS AND SOCIAL CONSULTANCY. I believe that invaluable experience is acquired from all professional relationships, whether good or bad. I was born into a family business environment; it came to me long before college. It was fundamental preparation to face the professional challenges which lay ahead. Working for a decade in one of the great companies like KPMG has made me learn an array of useful skills, one of which has been how to transfer the management of a HIGHEST-LEVEL CONSULTANCY ➡ TO MY COMPANY. In 2015 I took the leap and founded Leialta along with my partner Paul Urrutia, a consultancy specialised in FAMILY BUSINESS and SOCIAL CONSULTANCY. Our strong social orientation blossomed into Elkar three years later, our SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT CENTRE with expertise in business and social advice. 🎯 Today, my goal is to BREAK THE BARRIERS OF DISABILITY in the work environment and train people with disabilities in the consulting and outsourcing sector to properly showcase the value that they add to companies.We want to train great professionals who are valued for their contribution and not simply for complying with the law. ⚖ This mission statement is the backbone which drives the direction of Elkar.
