Developed and implemented an auditing program for the main deliverable of the company which allowed to measure and execute a repeatable process using Jira as the main audits recording platform.

My activities consisted of driving engineering projects for product cost reduction, creating analytics, lead root cause investigations, and product improvement. These projects required coordinating multidisciplinary and global teams (United States, Poland, Japan, France, Brazil).

I was responsible for ensuring that standard operational processes complied with the SAE AS9100 quality standard in order to maintain the necessary certification to keep operating.

-My main responsibility was the mechanical design of various components of aircraft turbines.-Other responsibility was the generation and coordination of product cost reduction projects.-I also provided engineering support to manufacturing shops to meet supply chain delivery targets.
