Responsible for various programs in the operations department with a focus on optimizing cost, implementing quality control and maintenance of operational documentation, and identifying opportunities for process and product continuous improvement, while working with multidisciplinary teams.-Achieved consistent cost reduction goals with accumulated yearly savings of $100K USD. Examples of cost reduction projects include leading the RFP for a ticketing and a chatbot solution to implement self-service options for our customers.-Successfully coordinated +100 operational process changes for our customer support team working closely with the Training team to ensure seamless adoption. -Developed a Change Management program that facilitated collaboration between the Product and Operations teams to ensure seamless implentation of projects in a fast paced PropTech Startup.-Developed a program to manage and maintain operational documents, resulting in Quality improvements from 25% to 90% (+200 Standard Operating Procedures).

Developed and implemented an auditing program for the main deliverable of the company which allowed to measure and execute a repeatable process using Jira as the main audits recording platform.

My activities consisted of driving engineering projects for product cost reduction, creating analytics, lead root cause investigations, and product improvement. These projects required coordinating multidisciplinary and global teams (United States, Poland, Japan, France, Brazil).

I was responsible for ensuring that standard operational processes complied with the SAE AS9100 quality standard in order to maintain the necessary certification to keep operating.
