Assigned as a SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) for an Agile Release Train (ART) focusing on consolidating a costing accounting system over multiple years. Scope includes (1) defining cost accounting models, standard revenue allocation rules, process and statistics for downstream reporting, appropriate controls / access levels, testing and roll-out plan, (2) implementation, testing and deployment of cost accounting models, BI reporting solutions, downstream reporting and remediation of source data feeds, and (3) track server setup, create and execute a plan for parallel cost accounting processing and retirement of legacy systems.
