Cost reduction (- 8%) and increase of the productivity (+30%) in the manufacture of a food containers family by means of the design of a new concept of label, automation of the production and lead process.Automating the positioning of labels also a deficient quality in the location of the same ones was corrected.III. This company was a part of the Tecalum Industrial Group, manufactured of extrusion machinery, extrusion and selling aluminium profiles for household.My position was as operations manager.Achievements:Development a new manufacturing process of aluminium extrusion dies, aligned with the commercial necessities of the company, out of the state of art and weak position in the market; also the increase of the capacity installed with the minimum investment looked for. One was able to reduce lead time and to improve the perceived quality and measurement in a proportion of 10.

Dynamit Nobel S.A. was a part of a multinacional company (Dynamit Nobel Kunstoff) and firts tier supplier of car industry, specialized in large injections parts for the car, as bumpers, front-ends, A-D pilars, etc.It had three differents plants in Spain (Sant Andreu de la Barca, Valencia and Navarra), close to his customers Nissan, Seat, Ford, VW, Mercedes Benz. Also works for motorcycle industry (Honda) and shop trolleys (Policad).I was R&D Engineer in several projects: front and rear bumper for Ford Ka, inside parts for Nissan Tino and test quality and improve design for a Policad Trolley.

I worked as R&D Engineer designing Derbi Hunter motor parts and fully bike (frame, brakes, body, suspensions, motor parts, etc.) of the 96 Derbi Variant.Achievements:Analyze, define and establish an agreed rational design with the cost objectives of the project (moped), that allowed to a saving in the investment level and operations of manufacturing, in addition to the standardization of components with other models.
