• Attend GC assessments/pre-bids scheduled with LOWES to obtain scope of work, measurements, and pictures from clients in-home meeting• Sketch and draw kitchen/bath floor plans on AutoCAD to send to LOWES PSI for kitchen/bath cabinet designs. • Work on quotes/estimates after GC assessments to send to PSI from LOWES to finalize and present to clients. Follow up with the PSI afterwards• Attend pre-construction meetings with project managers to ensure what is going to be worked on at clients home and work up a timeline• Work as a project manager when needed to do scheduling and meet with workers to discuss work that needs to be done according to their trade• Visit job sites to make sure work is being completed in a timely manner and is going according to the timeline• Attend final walks at clients home with project managers and PSI from LOWES to ensure client is content with all the work
