• Facilitation & User Experience Design : 3 years optimizing educational outcomes of Guardians of the Waters Summer Youth Internship Program. Conducted needs assessment before, and collected feedback during, and after each summer program to design curriculum for each cohort’s specific identity-related challenges and facilitated dialogic processes providing broad Native American cultural competency, as well as ecological systems thinking, leadership development, and environmental and cultural field fluency.• Event coordination and Management : 10 cultural events and workshops at College of Marin Organic Farm and Garden; Coordination of the organization's first fundraiser gala ($50K+ raised); Coordinated and installed one visual art exhibition. • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, and represent the organization at co-sponsored events and conferences. • Coordinated and wrote eco-cultural grant submission in collaboration with Dancing Earth Creations.• Lead multiple social media outreach efforts.

• Produced, coordinated, and performed in Dancing Earth’s 2 largest events in the bay, including Seeds & Soul Festival of Indigenous Cultural Exchange (30-person volunteer team, 15 vendors, 25 artists and non-profits, $30k budget). • Facilitated strategic planning with Director Rulan Tangen.• Assisted Director in all aspects of programming, international touring, operations, and Information systems (Media archives, Google Docs, Dropbox). • Managed publicity for national and international audiences (donation requests, newsletters, press kit), and Social Media (doubled Facebook following).• Built and maintained collaborative relationships with partners in the SF Bay.• Raised $75K+ Directing Development : 3 successful Crowdfunder campaigns ($28,000 raised); Wrote and managed 4 awarded grants; managed private donation systems; Researched, selected, and liaised with fiscal sponsor.

• Assisted coordination of Art in the Parks Committee, a cross-agency collaboration within the local bay area National Parks, which have mounted artistic exhibitions of groundbreaking scale and political depth. • For @Large: Ai Wei Wei on Alcatraz exhibition, I designed and implemented a free ticketing program for 100+ Bay Area non-profits, families, community spaces. Bridging across private and public agencies I ensured our 7,000+ participants, many bay area natives on their first Alcatraz visit, were treated as honored guests.

• Awarded Community Arts Fellowship to intern with Dancing Earth Creations in summer of 2012. • Produced, managed, and performed in their full length show "Walking at the Edge of Water" at Stanford's Lake Lagunita ($11K budget fundraised across 5 academic departments).
