Scheduled, monitored, and directed all field personnel to complete projects according to schedules and budgets.• Liaised with six hospitals and collaborated with hospital design teams to advise and consult on pre-construction services for current and future construction projects. • Advised on the buildout for the acquisition of a facility in Anaheim. • Evaluated facility specifications and developed a multi-project construction plan to bring the facility up to code and to procure proper licensure. • Provided pre-construction services for a behavioral health group in accordance with the corporate plan.• Assessed the project, provided budget estimates, schedules, and logistics planning for the main campus construction project valued at $250 million.

Coordinated and supervised cross functional teams of subcontractors and employees to complete and turnover various medical facility construction projects.• Prospected and secured contracts with five 200 bed and above hospitals throughout Orange County, Riverside County, Ventura County, and San Bernardino County. • Managed a $3.28 million, 21 bed building addition and remodel for a behavioral health facility in San Diego.• Installed a new emergency generator with new switchgear and panels throughout and HVAC replacement totaling more than $3.2 million at a Los Angeles hospital.• Oversaw a voluntary seismic upgrade project of an existing facility totaling $31 million.
