I am a Junior Economist at the OECD, where I work on labour markets and social policy, with a focus on income mobility and access to services. In parallel, I am pursuing a PhD in Economics at Paris-Saclay University. I have extensive experience working with administrative tax and social security data, surveys and aggregate statistics to produce empirical evidence on a broad range of issues, including labour markets, business regulatory environment and regional development. Keeping one foot in academia and the other in policy has allowed me to combine the best of both worlds: rigorous analysis and clear communication. I believe that empirical evidence helps both governments design more effective policies and citizens understand the impact of these policies on their lives. I am always happy to collaborate with professionals sharing this view.
