CTO - Technical Direction

Software developer and researcher in the field of computer vision systems with main focus on: - Quality assurance of textiles applying Computer Vision and Machine Learning. - Camera-based inspection and automation of industrial processes with AI-based technology.During this time I was involved in the following activities/projects:- Software development and integration of a fully automated quality system for warning clothing (https://www.igd.fraunhofer.de/en/press/news/automated-quality-control-makes-high-vis-clothing-safer).- Research and implementation of a quality control system for cleaning textiles.- Research and implements deep learning models to sort out recycled clothes.- Software development of vision-Based self-checkout cashier system for canteens.- Supervision of Bachelor and Master Thesis of student of TU Darmstadt/h_da the field of machine vision.- Trainings/workshops such as teams management, product conception and develop, market research.- Preparation for spin-off founding -> DESION GmbH

Support to the CSM Software Librarian team for maintenance of current and future operational ground segment in the frame of Copernicus programme (Sentinel-3 and Sentinel-6) and Meteosat Third Generation (MTG). In particular the tasks include:- Maintenance of the as-built software build environments;- Building, packaging and distribution of software releases and patches (SUN pkg, Linux RPM, AIX RPM);- Support to programmers with respect to software build and development strategies;- Support the delivery of software externally developed; its installation, configuration andtesting;- Investigation into anomalies, their documentation and classification; follow up of thedelivery of S/W corrections;- Participation in technical meetings and formal reviews;- Analysis of the maintenance requirements and identification, procurement orimplementation of the tools to fulfil them; writing of maintenance procedures;- Interfacing with external suppliers who are providing maintenance services for groundsegment facilities;- Scratch Installations under SUSE and RedHat- Responsible for maintenance of EUMETSAT repositories

- Training in Ground system segment software: MICONYS, SCOS2000.- Development and maintenance of ERCO System, ExoMars Mission for ESOC - Configure scripts for deploying Mission Control System software using Jenkins - Integration test of MICONYS 7 for ESOC- Development and maintenance for Ubiquitous alert and operations monitoring system (REALS) for ESOC - Software Quality assurance support for EUMETSAT Technology used: Java, Linux Scripting , C++, Python, JavaScript , Eclipse, MICONYS, SCOS2000, SVN Quality Management software used: HP Quality Center, SonarQube Framework used: Hibernate, Jenkins PM Software, Jira

The main tasks I have done are:- Setting up a framework for automating software build, test, and release processes (Buildbot). - Develop a test automation framework in JAVA based on Robot Framework for acceptance test-driven development- Design, implementation, testing and documentation a packet analyzer software in JAVA.- Design and implementation of an Android application using OpenGL ES

Internship as LLP/ERASMUS student developing the following tasks: - Design, implementation, testing and documentation of a plugin software framework in C#. - Implementation and testing of algorithms in the area of biometrics.
