Business DevelopmentResponsible for growing the aerospace segment of TIGHitco for the Insulation Products Group. Look to identify new and strategic opportunities with the various engine manufactures and air framers. Support business development with annual sales and forecast. Provide design and requirement solutions for new and existing opportunities. Meet with and establish relationships with key customers that will align TIGHitco with future opportunities. • Sales and marketing management• Assist the Business Development Team with major contract negotiations• Program leadership and analysis• Identify strategic opportunities for growth & development for TIGHITCO• Meet with target customers in an effort grow the aerospace segment of TIGHITCO• Provide design solutions for various applications and platformsTechnical Development / Support Bridge the gap between engineering and business development. • Provide technical assistance to customers in the form of design recommendations, technical design proposals, and problem solving throughout the development of new programs.• Write technical proposals as required to accompany price quotations. • Coordinate with Engineering and Program Management to ensure the development of internal capabilities to support new program activities.• Maintain relations with existing customers and establish relations with new customers in order to position the organization for new opportunities.• Support new business development, new product introduction and technical support, as well as provide customer support with new part specification, estimating and high level Program Management.

With over 17 years of industry experience with TIGHITCO. Joining TIGHitco in 1997, I have advanced through the company in positions such as a Design Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Manager of Engineering. Over the years I have worked on various programs from the RFI/RFP phase through development, production and customer delivery. Throughout my career, I have worked on or manage various programs for customers like Boeing, GE Aircraft Engines, United Technologies Aero Systems (Hamilton Sundstrand, Sikorsky, Pratt & Whitney), GE Power, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Caterpillar and Rolls Royce just to name a few.Holding bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, and Physics from Benedict College.
