This role involves reading prints, using standard hand and power tools, and following specific work instructions while adhering to all Safety and Human Performance fundamentals. Responsible for pulling wire, wire terminations, and control panel construction within substations and electrical facilities. Additionally, tasked with the ability to inspect, test, repair, and maintain electrical equipment in generating stations, substations, and in-service relays. The job also requires wiring from point to point or based on schematics, installing process piping and instrumentation, and installing components according to layout drawings. Furthermore, they possess the ability to manage, mentor, and coach employees, while communicating job expectations and monitoring performance with the employee base.

Facilitating servicing of patients remotely via phone and video conference. Hired, trained, and coached employees to work efficiently, while managing timesheets, filling in tasks when needed, and handling onboarding of new employees.
