The engineer by training discovered an affinity for sales, project management and capability building in the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing sectors during the early years of her career, and combined her business savvy with her passion for travelling to establish Quotient TravelPlanner in 2007, when the bespoke travel industry was at its nascent stages. Under Javiny’s leadership, the company has flourished as the leading private agency specialising in private customised holidays for couples, families, friends and corporate executives, earning accolades such as Singapore Tatler's Best of Singapore – Travel Agencies award consecutively since 2010. Quotient’s expertise, branding and standing on the international stage also continues to evolve; it is now a member of Pure Life Experiences for leading private travel designers around the world as well as a Virtuoso Member Agency -- the youngest Singapore-based travel agency to be bestowed the twin accreditation.
