I found my passion in recruiting shortly after graduating from the University of Washington. Connecting and working with candidates in finding the next step in their careers, while partnering with high level managers in identifying unique talent is something that genuinely drives me to succeed. What I quickly learned in my career is that recruiting is mostly about relationship building, networking, dedication, and having a keen eye for identifying unique talent. More importantly, recruiting is a science.
