Post-graduation, he dedicated over seven years to assisting in special needs classrooms while simultaneously coaching football at a local middle school, guided by a deep-rooted commitment to faith and positivity.Driven by his unwavering belief in being a positive influence, Javis advocates for "Being a Builder," championing faith, respect, responsibility, and communication as indispensable life foundations. He shares his transformative journey to combat suicide and reduce its stigma through his 'Be a Builder' (BAB) philosophy, speaking at various events including Clemson University and local schools.Recognizing the vital role of physical health in mental well-being, Javis founded JA Fitness Plus, LLC, driven by his conviction that nurturing physical and mental health is paramount.
