Javi Seera has over twenty six years of experience in the field of software architecture, development and technology consulting. He has extensive experience in project management, team building, software development, network infrastructure design, and strategic use of technology. Mr. Seera is currently running Saralux, a niche technology consulting firm that helps businesses by aligning people, processes and technology to function as a whole. He leverages his extensive and broad experience to look at all aspects of a business and help build solutions that truly help clients differentiate in the marketplace. The firm specializes in Business Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, Strategic Technology Planning, and Software Development.As an entrepreneur and a partner at RKB Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Seera helped build a successful technology consulting business from 1989 to 1999. This start up firm grew to a profitable organization of thirty professionals and it provided a one stop shop for technology consulting services. In 1999 RKB was acquired by American Express Tax and Business Services and Mr. Seera joined American Express TBS as a Partner / Managing Director. At American Express Mr. Seera was responsible for the management, development and direction of the Technology Consulting team of the Consulting & Information Solutions group. Mr. Seera holds an MBA in Finance from University of Houston and an MS in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani.
