In vitro characterization of the interaction of Hfq amyloids wiith lipid membranes using cryo Electron Tomography (cryo-TEM), Förster Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) and Fluorescence Microscopy.I also work on the creation of mutant strains of E. Coli in order to purify mutants of the Hfq protein. This includes basic microbiology and biochemistry techniques such as cell culturing or plasmid purification.I use techniques of image and signal analysis in order to interpret the data.
