As Mechanical Engineer has been providing technical support for SBM Fleet FPSOs.

Petrobras Replicantes Technical Coordinator at Petrobras/Doris in charge of Main Generators Modules and Mole Sieve & Fuel Gas Module.Duties# Ensuring that all project requirements are implemented by Design Engineering Company# Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks# Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers# Communicating with project manager to report on project status# Attending Coordination meetings on a weekly basis to evaluate the performance of planning and control activities, engineering and procurement services.# Ensuring that Design Engineering Company provides efficient interfaces between Disciplines: Mechanical, Process, Piping, Electrical, Structure, Safety, Instrumentation/Automation and Procurement;# Promoting efficient interfaces between Petrobras technical staff and Design Engineering company team carrying out periodical technical meetings to ensure the project development according Contractual technical requirements# Ensuring that all technical clarifications is according to Contractual Requirements evaluating each technical queries comments# Following up / assisting technical clarifications between contracts mainly with the Integrator which one is responsible for the entire FPSO integration # Following up the Project documentation issuance in order to guarantee Project deadlines;# Following up Vendor documentation analysis# Assisting Project Certification Process# Monthly Progress Report evaluation. Carrying out/assisting with periodic risk analysis of the schedule if required.# Technical evaluation of the change orders request as well as project modification requisitions# Reporting to the Project Manager all critical issues that may jeopardize the Project# Assisting in writing up Contractual Letters# Following up and assist Expediting visits at International Suppliers # Supporting Construction and Assembly issues

Petrobras 63 (P-63)Basic Design Phase:As part of mechanical engineer team was responsible at Amec Paragon (Houston-Tx, USA) for the evaluation of static equipments technical documentation (Separators, Oil Dehydrators, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, PIGs, Hidrocyclones and filters) to guarantee the compliance with Code and international Standards (ASME, TEMA, API,…) requirements.In this phase served as the liaison between Mechanical Department and Amec Paragon clarifying multidisciplinary issues.Provided technical support to Procurement Department starting a Bidder preliminary analysis.Detail Engineering Phase:Project Engineer in charge of the pressure vessels (HP Degasser, HP Separator, LP Degasser, LP Separator, Test Separator and Electrostatic Treaters) performed the following activities:- Technical Bid Clarifications to meet Projects requirements;- Amec Paragon documentation analysis;- Vendor documentation Analysis and Certification;- Provide support to Expediting;- RNCs canalysis ;During project hand over from Amec Paragon to QUIP carried on all mechanical technical documentation.

Caraguatatuba's Gas Treatmernt Unit (UTGCA)Mechanical Engineer in charge of the equipments as follows:- Pressure Vessels (ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and 2);- Tanks API-620;- Tanks API-650.Executed data-sheets and performed technical Bid analysis (pressure vessels, tanks API-620 and API-50, towers and electrical heaters) during Bid Phase.Technical Documentation analysis (drawings, specifications,...) related to the pressure vessels and tanks aforementioned to achieve the final certification.RNCs analysis.

As part of Mechanical team elaborated static and rotating equipment documentation and evaluated vendor drawings.

Petrobras 53 (P-53)Project Engineer in charge of the equipments as follows:- Plate Heat Exchangers;- Auxiliary Generator;- Progressive Cavities Pumps;- Twin-screw Pumps;- Pneumatic Pumps;- Reciprocating Pumps;- Sulphate Removal Skid (partial).Executed data-sheets and performed technical Bid analysis during Bid Phase. Evaluated Vendor’s technical documentation to achieve the final approval during Detail Phase.

Petrobras 51 (P-51)As Mechanical Engineer provided support in the equipment analysis as follows:- Electrostatic Treaters;- Production Separators;- Atmospheric Separators;- Test Separators;- Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers;- Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers.

Petrobras 48 (P-48)Reviewed Commissioning Procedure for the P-48 FPSO Systems; Updated P&ID’s (Piping & Instrument Diagrams); provided support to hydrotest indicating the boundaries in the P&ID’s; DCN’s (Document Change Notice) and CCN’s (Construction Change Notice) controls; follow-up piping inspection.
