OAN/MS Support Lead • Analyzing the Network Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and reduce Drop calls and resolving Ineffective attempts trouble tickets raised by QoS. • Hands on expertise of troubleshooting the down Alcatel-Lucent BSS entities BSC/BTS/MFS/TC). • Performing the corrective maintenance related activities for different reports such as down DRI, stats analysis, zero calls, RSL downtime • Routine health checks of BSS entities with LITE3000 equipment to identify the problem of No Audio/Muting calls in the Network and do the corrective measures. • Oversee timely execution of all Access network O&M activities through outsourced vendor & in-house teams • OPEX/CAPEX Budget modeling and Analysis on regional level and keep track of all PR/PO’s for their consumption • Manage all outsource subcontractor’s activities and ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled. • Review and make necessary changes, as per contract, in all the quotations and purchase order from subcontractors before approval of senior management • Manage efficient use of in-house resources to save cost • Analytical Analysis of all Access Network KPI’s for Management weekly or monthly meetings• To ensure all reported BSS & TXN issues by NOC & QoS are rectified within agreed time. Analysis of faults to minimize the ratio.
