Working with the Migrants Organise Community Organising model to plan, design, organise anddeliver training, campaigns and actions for justice for all migrants. With the Migrants Organise team, being responsible for arranging and growing a sustainable alliance of migrants and refugees, supporters and allies organising for dignity and justice for all.

* Support communities in London to develop new genuinely and permanently affordable community-led housing.* Develop and implement London CLT’s approach to its residents, including allocations, management, resale, and stewardship.* Support local community steering groups throughout the various complex project stages of building homes (campaign engagement, land acquisition, planning, build and allocations), by building relationships, supporting groups and local leaders.* Working with Citizens UK Community Organisers to build and sustain campaigns to acquire land in boroughs across the city for affordable housing

* Organising with local residents to build and grow democratic organisations for collective action* Identifying and coaching organic leaders to lead their own communities* Teaching and facilitating strategy and tactics to effect long-lasting change* Training leaders in other organisations to embed community organising principles in their work

* For 6 months: Digital inclusion and COVID-19 response for the local community as part of Connecting Tulse Hill - a coalition of local organisations to get everyone connected with devices, internet access and support.* Listening to local residents and connecting them to take action on common concerns through revitalising local civic participation in resident associations and other organisations.

I worked with two charities in the Ark Ventures portfolio: Global Schools Forum (in the Operations team) and Now Teach (as part of the Data & Insights team).

A year long career change scheme with two placements leading to socially impactful work. Coaching, mentoring and training all leading into better leadership, self-awareness, knowledge of social entrepreneurship and much more.

I worked for 6 months in the What Works team as part of Widening Participation, focusing on behavioural insights. I was also involved with the Leadership Team for Community Organising through Citizens UK at King's.

Design, Consultancy and Project Management in large scale Engineering projects in the energy industry in oil & gas, nuclear and pharmaceutical sectors. Management of multi-disciplined teams, R&D, Procurement, Construction, Supply chain management, customer account manager.

Internship at a valve manufacturer doing design drawings, 3d modelling, flow calculations, and simulations.
