- Research on the only industry standard for telecommunications (NGOSS) - Build OSS/BSS applications for carrier-grade communication service providers in compliance with NGOSS standards- Designed and Developed first application on Order-management and Sales process following NGOSS model- Managing development of carrier-grade OSS/BSS solution- Managing development of Advanced VoIP Billing solution and related products- Provide care & growth to research & development team to reveal to full potential

- To develop a complete OSS/BSS suite of products for a carrier-grade telecom service operator- Initially developed a working prototype of OSS/BSS solution that fulfilled basic needs of a new CDMA operator- Deployment of the solution in a CDMA operator network and put her operations live commercially using this suite of products- Optimized and enhanced the solution while fulfilling the operator requirements- Fulfilled most of OSS/BSS requirements including but not limited to provisioning, service-rating, billing and bill-formatting, customer self car, inventory management, product management

- Promoted as team lead for Billing Solution (Advanced VoIP Billing System and related products)- Managed the development team for stable release of VoIP Billing Solution and related products- Define and prioritize development tasks- Managed the technical support team for remote commissioning of software and troubleshooting- Version controlling of Advanced VoIP billing, Advanced Radius and Advanced CDR Monitoring

- Pre-sale and post-sale technical support for advanced VoIP Billing, Advanced CDR Monitoring and Advanced Call Shop Billing- Support responsibilities include system installation, training, customer acceptance and guidelines for maintenance.- Emergency support activities for system crashes due to hard-disk failure or any other hardware or software failures.- Support was usually provided through emails, phone and chat software like MSN

- Develop the RADIUS server application to support CISCO and QUINTUM gateways- Extend RADIUS design to support VoIP service and interface with Billing System- Deployment of RADIUS server with Advanced Billing application- Provide remote technical support through phone, emails and desktop sharing for software implementation at customer sites remotely, troubleshooting, and optimization of operations.
