As Estimation Engineer (Pre contract QS)• Preparing routine estimate under the supervision of Chief Estimator.• Review of received tender documents including conditions of contract and all tender clarifications.• Floating subcontract package and evaluating the received quotation with all thecomparison statement and proper price analysis based on the tenderrequirement.• Identifying the insufficient information in the tender documents and raise for tender clarification.• Precise quantification of entire work scope and pricing as per the tender document.• Attending Pre and Post Tender Clarification Meetings and involved in the project finalization with the management prior to awarding.• Coordination with the MEP Estimator for related clarifications and builders works• Coordination with Structural Designers in the case of EPC Tenders• Prepare and finalizing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per quantity take-off and costing of materials, labor and all other items deemed necessary for having a direct and mark-up cost.As Cost Control Engineer (Post Contract QS)• Preparing the budget for the entire project and finalizing with Project Manager.• Compare tender and construction drawings to identify variations; record these variations in accordance with the agreed site procedure.• Undertake thorough analysis of rate and process for variation works.• Prepare monthly invoice based on works completed at site.• Certifying sub-contractor payment application.• Raise variation and payment application to the client and track the record.• Monitoring and approving MRF and purchase order using ERP software and ensures that expenses are within the budget.
