Jawad helped in restructuring and integration of RSA division (a double digit USD m acquisition and turned it to a healthy self financing and profitable unit). He also assisted the fund managers in evaluating new investments, preparation of business plans, and restructure to achieve growth and profitability. Prior to that he worked for Ernst & Young with specific focus on financial sector clients (banks, investment/pvt equity), large govt. enterprises and Retail.
