I enjoy the journey of scaling up and maturing a startup -- technology, team, processes, practices. I've had the opportunity to do this multiple times -- at OpenGov, Tealeaf, Yahoo. I'm comfortable working with a large geographically distributed team. My teams at IBM and Yahoo were in the multiple hundreds. I have a large network of engineers, product managers, executives, venture capital firms, that I can leverage. I love being hands-on, leveraging the power of data, tinkering with cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP. This helps me build strong & credible bridges with my engineers. To coach people to their fullest potential is immensely satisfying for me. I have trained as a life coach at the Co-Active Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. I use the Co-active model as the foundation for my coaching practice. My decades of technology business experience allows me to create a highly valuable offering that combines coaching with advising & mentoring. I have experience coaching C-level executives. I also bring the coaching mindset to most interactions, encouraging my teams to supercharge their own problem-solving capabilities.
