Worked as Production Superintendent with Eni Pakistan limited ( Formerly LASMO Oil Pakistan Limited) at high Nitrogen Natural Gas field processing plant located at remote area of Sind province of Pakistanis. (Eni Italy is the Operator of 1.8 TCF gas field)The facility produces 300 MMscfd High calorific value gas by removing Nitrogen through Cryogenic Process supplied by M/S Costain UK group..Production Superintendent is responsible for day to day production / safe operations of the gas field,Gas pre treatment and Cryogenic NRU Plant. I was engaged with the project from inception while project was owned by LASMO Oil Pakistan Limited . During this period I spent two years with Snamprogetti Engineering BV UK (October 2000 till September 2003) based at Basing stoke Hampshire UK. I was member of the successful Pre commissioning, Commissioning and reliable operation team of the project.

• Worked as a Process Engineer with UOP Pakistan at their Client’s Separex Carbon dioxide removal membrane from natural Gas Plant.• Completed assignment to install & commission a pilot test skid to study the new modified UOP high efficiency CO2 removal membrane.• Successfully conducted and proved that the new version of the UOP membrane increased Natural Gas production to 1.4 times with the same hardware. The client, Oil & Gas Development Corporation Pakistan is now producing 400 MMscfd, increased from 235 MMscfd facilities.

Worked as Shift co-ordination Manager, Managing Para Xylene Oxidation Plant, PTA Purification Plant and support Facilities. during Pre commissioning, Commissioning and Reliability/ Capacity test run.I.C.I Pakistan Limited , is the owner and the operator of the first PTA (Raw material for staple/Polyester Fibre) Plant at Karachi .Foster wheeler Energy UK was EPC Contractor.

Active Member of 40 Local and multinational Petrochemical Complex operating team .Produced Plant SOP's for start up/ Shut Down and safe operation of the plant . Trained Local Staff , junior engineers and supervisory staff.Implemented Emergency handling procedures.Assisted in configuring DCS of the Units.Team Member and Client representative for commissioning of following world class units. -Butane Catalytic Iso-merisation Unit. • Shift In charge for 760 MMscfd-Well head gas Compressor station for PPL- the owner of the largest natural gas field in Pakistan• Active member of the project team from Inception to design and implementation. Managed remote location operation in a 21 days/10 days gas field rotation.• Created and maintained a safe work environment. Responsible for routine, periodic and preventive maintenance.

Worked as Chemical Engineer with Electricity Corporation Benghazi Libya Raised up to Shift Engineer In charge for 220 MW Electricity and 48000 cu.meter Desalted water Plant.The Shift comprises of 60 Local and multinational Staff.Managed Commissionin, Startup and Shut down and safe operations activities of 4X40MW Condensing Steam Turbine Units. and 3X30MW Back pressure Steam turbine units.
