*P&ID Verification:* - Review the P&ID for accuracy. - Ensure that all instruments are properly represented. - Cross-check with the Bill of Materials (BOM) to confirm that all necessary components are included.2. *Documentation and Issuance:* - Issue documentation for all pipes, valves, and equipment. - Provide the fabrication team with: - Isometric drawings. - General Arrangement (GA) drawings. - Verified P&ID.3. *Fabrication Process:* - Once the pipeline is fabricated, verify that: - All components match the isometric drawings. - Any deviations from the drawings are documented and approved.4. *Welding Verification:* - After welding is completed, conduct an initial verification to ensure: - The pipeline conforms to the isometric drawings. - Prepare the pipeline for final welding.5. *Quality Assurance* - After welding, call the Quality team to perform: - Boroscopy on all joints to inspect for quality. - Ensure that all joints meet the required standards.6. *Documentation of Findings* - Document any discrepancies found during inspections. - Maintain records of inspections and approvals for future reference.7. *Welding Joint Verification*: - Complete all pipeline welds. - Perform boroscopy to verify the quality of the joints.8. *Polishing* - Send the welded joints to the polishing area to remove any imperfections.9. *Passivation* - After polishing, the joints undergo passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.10. *Assembly* - Position the vessel according to the General Arrangement (GA) drawing. - Begin assembling the components.11. *Verification* - Check all pipelines and equipment to ensure they are properly located using the P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram).12. *Final Acceptance Testing (FAT)*: - Once everything is verified, send the assembly to the FAT team for testing.
