Mechanical Estimation Engineer.
Current Study/Review of tender documents, scope of works, drawings, BOQ, specifications, Client requirements etc. from the tender documents for proper estimation works. Preparing technical and commercial offer work the project. Responsibly matrix, Vendor list and checking the Contractual aspect also. Able to do full take-off from the drawing and justifying from the BOQ quantity. Preparing the BOQ with Preliminaries, Contract work, Provisional Sum, Prime cost and Day work. Preparing Monthly invoice as per the site progress and attaching all the supporting document required to justify the claim. Preparing all type of variation, Change in Design, Extension of work area our change in IFC to IFT etc. Prepare and send RFQ for all the items for all the approved / approved equal suppliers / sub-contractors to obtain required quotations and Comparing the prices from different Suppliers. Interim Extension of Time Claim for the works caused by delay Check all the addendums and communications received from the client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing. Helping to the procurement department when they are not getting quotation. Preparing interim valuation of the project as per the client requirement and Preparation of Final Statements. Preparing qualification, Assumption and Exclusion if any.Attend Pre-tender meetings, site visits scheduled or organized by the management.contractors to obtain required quotations and Comparing the prices from different Suppliers.
