• Lead and Support, BMS Project execution and Operation & Maintenance and Team.• Provide technical inputs to sales team, preparing BOQ and BMS estimation.• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and design.• Preparing the I/O Points list according to the requirements of the project specification.• System Design, Field equipment selection, DDC Selection, Control logic.• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS equipment and systems.• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BMS.• Testing & Commissioning of BMS system to control and monitor HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical system• Third party system integration including VFD, Chillers, VRV, VAV, PAC, UPS and Fire Alarm Panel and other building utilities through Modbus and BACnet, LonWork, etc.• Deployment of BMS server and BMS application, implementation of BMS network backbone.• Troubleshooting and Technical support to BMS system (on-site and remote)• Provide training to clients on BMS operation and maintenance.
