Developed and maintained Java-based applications enabling all aspects of clinical drug trial for the Pediatric Eczema Elective Registry. Patients used web applications for enrollment, profile management and formalized survey completion. Back-end applications performed data exchange with drug manufacturers and academic institutions on behalf of which trials were performed.

To enable real-time use of extensive historical cost database, denormalized the core data structures and developed batch routines to extract, clean and restructure key job and bid data. Utilized WEKA machine learning tools to generate cost estimates and vendor recommendations on basis of job specifications. Worked in close collaboration with company founders to refine the applications iteratively.
