It started as a temporary, stop-gap job in the warehouse when I first moved to Seattle, but being enamored of the company culture, I took a permanent position as a Supply Chain Planner, as the company was experiencing massive growth. - Managed Supply Chain operations around critical and high-impact materials. Including managing a network of regulations and complex qualification processes, aligning multiple departments to a single operational plan to achieve results, - Developed a variety of tools through different mediums and software solutions to increase data gathering and accuracy, as well as streamlining and visualizing common communication channels to allow for various departments to coordinate and operate - Worked through the RFP Process and Implementation work around the selection of a Material Requirements Planning Program to implement within our Supply Chain Process. - Gathered and verified data to be translated into pertinent metrics and KPIs to allow for operational and risk reporting to the Executive Board and various department heads.- Worked with the Purchasing and Manufacturing departments to create and manage schedules and activities to support our Supply Chain and Operations.

I started as the Receptionist in 2014, working up through the Purchasing and Procurement Department, before spear-heading the integration of our ERP Solution and taking a role as it's Administrator. After the company went through a major merger in 2017, I went to a Project Manager role supervising a team of Buyers and Client Account Managers to handle the exponential growth. - Supervised the Client Account Management & Purchasing departments, including goal-setting, coaching/training, and review/analysis of processes and performance. Chief liaison with organization's clients and personally managed Key Accounts. - Worked to build a data and process infrastructure to support the growth as the business went through a large corporate merger. - Facilitated coordination among organization's front office (Sales, Account Management, Procurement) and manufacturing/warehouse/operational departments to improve efficacy and create transparency for reporting. Include production scheduling and logistical models/transport. - Spearheaded integration of company-wide ERP system including data structures for MRP functionality and overhaul of purchasing procedures to improve buying power and reduce margin of inventory/capacity issues. - Planned, coordinated and executed several (independantly audited) physical inventories managing ~100 people and covering more than 100,000 square feet. - Developed various KPI's and reporting measures to provide insight into purchasing practices, client RFQs and development, and product profitability. - Created, managed and released Purchase Orders and acted as liaison with clients, R&D and vendors for product specifications and sourcing.
