Born in 1986 in Poland, I am a product owner / project manager with software enginnering background with over 15 years of experience.In my current job my day-to-day tasks are split between being a product owner & project manager (80%) and a lead developer (20%). As a Product Owner, I utilize agile/kanban methodology to maintain development sprints, define tasks based on business requirements, manage releases, prioritize and delegate tasks to developers. While managing a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and testers, I take responsibility for the overall quality, functionality, user experience of the product.As a Lead Developer, I stay on top of the general architecture, while most of actual programming is delegated. I also oversee code reviews and automated testing and take responsibility for the overall stability and quality of the product.Nowadays I am looking for new challenges as a product owner and project manager, while leveraging my past experience as a senior developer and technical founder to maintain spotless communications between the product and engineering teams.
