Reported directly to the CEO and lead a full-stack product squad.First launch, Paytm Payable, is the B2B payments solution (i.e melio) for SMBs with ability to pay via credit card. Took it from launching an MVP and from 0 to 30 customers in 45 days. Second launch, Paytm Crypto, is a simplified way to purchase crypto within the Paytm Wallet. How can we give power users the features they want and monetize them? Lead the team to launch "Wattpad Premium" in 23 countries, and 12 currencies resulting in a 150% quarter-over-quarter growth. To improve further, optimized the pricing, trial period, feature-set, and triggers to upgrade with A/B testing.

Led and worked with company's largest agile team to deliver business results - launched in another geography, reduced crash rate by 3%, launched a whitelable b2b solution, and worked with sales team to champion the product for potential customers. Coinsquare is a trading platform for buying and selling Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other digital currencies. For businesses (B2B), it offers a turnkey crypto trading platform, dedicated account managers for large trades, and API to enable trading of crypto-assets.

Launched a new product line "Path Analytics" (google analytics for content) that resulted in increasing LTV of key accounts by ~15%. Furthermore, gathered customer feedback and did market surveys that resulted in re-branding of the company. PathFactory's product accelerates purchase decisions by delivering more of the content that people need about you and your products and services whenever and wherever they click. This results marketing & sales departments educating the prospects faster and more efficiently.

For educators who want to enable active learning, SharpScholar App, allows educators to create and deliver engaging lessons online. For students, SharpScholar, acts as a virtual teaching assistant helping students actively learn. The end result is an engaged learning experience with deeper and higher-levels of thinking.
