Cheil is a full service agency working with Samsung throughout their various marketing channels. I work in the experiential team, my role consists of;- Supporting the Experiential Manager- Booking and sourcing various suppliers- Creatively pitching- Event Managment- Budget tracking and finance- Communicating all work flow- Taking meeting notes and actioning follow upsWhile working at Cheil I have been part of the event management team of Samsung Galaxy Studio which is a pop-up experience located within Westfield Shopping centre that runs for 5 weeks every year.

NOW Marketing is a photographic brand activation agency that specialise in working with well known brands and events throughout Australia such as Lipton, Crown Casino, Unibet and Moet. My role as the Event Operations and Account Manager consists of:- Managing a team of 4 - conducting progress meetings with individuals monthly- Coordinating the daly tasks of the team and assigning them to the relevant staff - Business development - Cold calling prospective clients, attending meetings to present our products, creating quotes and invoices, and forecasting budgets and gross profit for each event- Event setup - Booking in staff, organising shipment of all equipment to the event, providing all necessary documentation including run sheets, insurance documents, SWMS, risk assessments. Post event wrap up in the form of statistic reports- Reporting to the Managing Director of the company including weeklies updates on the performance of all aspects of the business.- Marketing of the business through EDMs, social media campaigns, referrals and targeted marketingIn this role one of my highest achievements has been the development of new processes to ensure the smooth running of each event and retention of clients.

I'm back after 2 1/2 years travelling through England and Europe.

National Marketing Group are a marketing company focused on promoting registered training offices to various businesses. My role was freelance while i was living in England it consisted of roughly 3 days a week work. My role included:- Weekly Skype meeting with the Managing Director to discuss upcoming marketing campaigns and the organisation of expos and trade shows- Creating of marketing material with the companies designer- Logistics of all events for the company including booking the event space, organising collateral of each event, liaising with staff who would be attending and booking all respective transport and accommodation of staff attending the event- Financials of each event and budget reports for the marketing of the business.

My role includes: maintaining relationships with valued clients, managing accounts, coming up with campaign ideas, social media marketing, working at the events we book, contacting new prospects and generally being an awesome addition to the team!I'm creative and love a challenge!Now Marketing offer a range of interactive products and solutions for brand activation. I started in this position part-time as my 'weekend' job. To fund some future traveling while i study part and continue to work at NOW Marketing. Bar work is something i always seem to be drawn to, i enjoy the fast pace, the customers and working in a team of great people. I found that when i wasn't working i still wanted to be doing something that earns me some extra cash. What better place to do it than at Ivy with it's many bars, restaurants, great cocktail menu and extensive wine list. If I'm not working... I'm usually working!
