I believe in integrity and quality as a defining characteristic in people and businesses. With over 20 years of service and management experience I have seen many facets of the business. I have enjoyed many opportunities to develop teams and individuals, create lasting relationships through sincerity and genuine concern for my team and my guests, and increase my knowledge of financials in the business.. I take pride in my work (as my parents raised me to) and believe that you must truly care about what you are doing or you will not be successful. The roads I have traveled have not been without challenges and failures. Every opportunity I faced did not come without a level of discouragement, yet I overcame and conquered these challenges. I have grown and learned from every endeavor. I continue to challenge myself daily to overcome challenges and grow to a new level of leader. My favorite part of this journey has been the relationships that I have created and cultivated through my business ventures. The opportunity to make some one smile, change the course of their day, give them a new outlook on a new product, or teach them tools they can carry into the future is where my passion lies in the grand scheme of things.
