Mike A. Jackson has held marketing leadership roles at fortune 500 companies like Coca Cola, Pepsi Co, Coors and General Motors where he managed 350 employees and a $3.2B advertising spend. He co-founded J&P as a new kind of marketing firm devoted primarily to providing marketing and business solutions to “Innovative Entrepreneurs” (i.e. celebrities, athletes, startup and established business owners) and fortune 500 companies. John Huffman helped Mike develop J&P's business plan.

Before Founding New Chapter, Candi Carter and Rick Segal were two Oprah Winfrey Show producers. New Chapter was formed to produce unscripted television shows. John came on board and secured the investor for NCE's entire Series A round of capital.

A. Troy Brown and John Huffman are considered trail blazing entrepreneurs in the digital space. They founded Real Content Group to acquire, produce, distribute and market content to over 300 online and mobile digital distribution channels. In addition, they brought innovative content and marketing based products and companies to brands like Ford Motor Company, Boost Mobile, and Heineken.

Recognizing that Black, Hispanic and Asian American's had something powerfully unique to offer the mobile industry, John Huffman (Real Content Group) and Chris Jones (Boost Mobile) established the Mobile Marketing Association's Urban Special Interest Group and inspired a movement.

Maximum Networks was founded to leverage technology and improve the entertainment business. Richard McFarland, Bret Thomas and John Huffman built a search engine called HipHopHookUp, and e-commerce website called PopSuperStar and an A&R operating system called AROS.
