The Volgistics team is a group of dedicated volunteer management and information technology professionals who enjoy helping volunteer leaders achieve their missions through the use of technology. I help maintain and develop this service to help provide a powerful tool for volunteer organizations.Working on various internal and customer-facing projects to further the company's growth into the modern web mainly by utilizing the Angular framework and other web technologies. This includes but is not limited to, the VicNet volunteer portal, VicTouch On-Site Time Clock, Opportunity Directory, and the Volgistics Help System.Occasionally assist with building internal tools and scripts to improve the workflow of the entire company so that we are able to ship better products, quicker.

Gaining real-world software development experience by working on CETDesigner, a piece of intelligent, highly visual, and intuitive space-planning software that simplifies the specifying and selling of products in various industries. CET is written with Configura's own programming language, CM. This time I worked under a project manager and with a few other remote developers from a contracted client. Programmed a brand new CET extension according to this client's specifications and delivered a product they were very pleased with. This included building 2D and 3D representations of products that were able to be specced out according to specific parameters and automatically have a bill of materials generated.
