- Prepared and delivered executive reporting packages used for monthly/quarterly business reviews. This was produced for three regional entities and four business units; inclusive of financial results, sales pulse, and key business updates.- Re-designed and produced same-store sales reporting, which is a key growth metric often highlighted externally. - Developed robust internal business reporting such as cost per unit, price/volume, and fixed/variable analyses in order to deliver effective oversight and strategic operational insights.- Supported due diligence and post-integration efforts on the acquisition of Chase Bank's off-premise ATM portfolio (~2,600 ATMs). This acquisition added annual revenue in the range of $40-45m and was immediately EPS accretive.

- Led post-integration of merchant contracts from the acquisition of Welch ATM (~26,000 ATMs).- Delivered a large-scale accounting project involving a detailed assessment of revenue recognition related to the accounting treatment of merchant fees; resulted in an annualized $15.5m gross profit benefit and +1.5% gross margin.- Performed an extensive audit of thousands of merchant contracts for conformity with GAAP revenue recognition standards.
