• Coordinate full engineering services for construction document development. Provide quality control review prior to final product delivery.

• Coordinated the General Motors Facility Upgrade Program to ensure that all corporate design guidelines and customer oriented retail principles were achieved in both facility renovations and new build projects.
• Managed and directed a design team in the production of design intent drawings for the Facility Upgrade Program.
• Worked with GM's ProShop Program and produced retail parts display layouts and graphic displays for automotive dealership facilities.
• Assisted John Deere and Mobil dealer clients with their retail layouts and fixture placement in their Facilities Upgrade Programs.

• Prepared and drafted architectural drawings for multi-family housing projects and resort developments.
